2. Do you really provide service for free?
Yes, we really do! All incoming calls, texts, notifications, and voicemails are provided free of cost, even if your balance is $0.00.
3. What is your service coverage like?
We provide service across North America on one of the nation’s largest wireless networks.
4. If service is free, what’s this 25¢ I keep hearing about?
While inbound service is free, for just 25¢ you can buy 24-hours of: outbound call & text or mobile data access for an app such as Facebook or YouTube. (There’s no charge to access your favorite apps on WiFi.)
5. What if an app doesn’t use data?
Apps that don’t use data are always free to use. Apps that normally use data can also be used offline for free.
6. How do I add money to my account?
Simply enter your credit or debit card details into the Lunar app, select the amount you want, and confirm. Lunar will never charge your card automatically or without your permission.
7. Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes! You can bring your phone number from: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, MetroPCS, or Boost Mobile. If your provider is not on this list, please contact us.
8. Can I keep my current phone?
No, Lunar service only works with the devices available on our site. We offer powerful Android smartphones at up to 60% less than the competition.
9. Are there any other fees – call forwarding, three-way calling, cancellation, etc.?
No, there are no additional or “hidden” fees.
10. How much “Data” do I get?
Unlike other carriers, we sell access to talk, text, and apps, not “data.” You’ll never have to worry about “gigabytes” or overages with Lunar. You only pay for what you use when you use it, so you always know what you’re paying for. Check out our terms of service for more information.

12. How does the money back guarantee work?
If you aren’t happy with your phone, you have 60 days to return it. In order to be eligible for a return, phones must be in like-new condition. To return your phone, contact customer support to receive authorization and instructions. You will need to ship your phone to:

Make sure you receive a tracking number for your package. Lunar is not responsible for phones that do not arrive.
